Petra CavesA field report sharing results from a diachronic archaeological survey of the northern hinterland of Petra, Jordan, conducted by the Brown University Petra Archaeological Project between 2010 and 2012 appears in the October 2017 issue of the American Journal of Archaeology.  The article, titled, "The Brown University Petra Archaeological Project: Landscape Archaeology in the Northern Hinterland of Petra, Jordan," is co-authored by multiple graduates of the Joukowsky Institute's doctoral program in archaeology, as well as former JIAAW Director and Director of BUPAP, Susan E.
